Kymppirakenne is a construction company which became the first investment project of Eldi Capital. Kymppirakenne Oy was founded in Askola, eastern Uusimaa region, in 1975. The company focuses primarily on public, residential and commercial construction as well as on renovation projects.
The company has more than 250 released projects throughout 45 years of work, with a staff of more than 30 people and two offices - in Vantaa and Askola.

TBS - Turun Betonisaumaus Oy
TBS is a Turku-based leading expert in the construction projects, especially those involving concrete works. TBS offers comprehensive construction services. Company provides concrete and frame construction services include on-site casting work and soldering work on prefabricated structures. Here you will find professionals for tiling, listing, painting, masonry and all basic construction works.

Meripesä resort village
All year round open Holiday village Meripesä is situated in Ölmos in the Municipality of Kimito, and is close to both the sea and the Archipelago National Park. The holiday village is sited on a large headland of approximately 50 hectare, with a 2 kilometre long shoreline. ELDI Capital has made investments into the project in 2022 to refurbish present houses and build new resort and year-round premises for further sale.
